***GUN-FREE ZONES***
A college or school campus, a church, a food joint, a saloon, office building, or store that bans firearms, EVEN FOR PATRONS, CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES, STUDENTS, OR TEACHERS with concealed-carry permits is a state-mandated KILLING FIELD!
The State of Virginia mandated the Virginia Tech campus a gun-free zone. And 32 promising young lives are yesterday's news, tomorrow's statistics. ONE crazed stalker-boohoo-loner with history worth noting going back to high school BROKE the state mandate and brought weapons to school.
IF ONLY one of those 32 students or their friends had said, "Fuck that! I don't play "sittin' duck". I'm packin'"!
The officials are a bit reluctant to admit that their patchwork of restrictions on gun ownership failed to stop a certifiable walkin', stalkin', not talkin' nut case from presenting his credit card and ringin' up a sale of $471. for a very nice Glock 9. And in Washington, D.C. the idealogues on both sides of liberty are gearing up for hearings, always with the hearings, to determine how this tragic loss of lives could have been avoided by cobbling together just one more barrier for law-abiding citizens to navigate in order to exercise their right under the Second amendment.
Wake up, Americans! Gun restrictions are to law-abiding citizens as holes in the sand are to ostriches. You can get your ass shot off!
